What Guests Say When They Get Home

Reviews from travellers who have taken this route with our guides.

The trip we had promised ourselves for twenty years

Every transfer, every camp, every early start was handled before we even thought to ask. Our guide found a leopard on our last morning in Samburu and we all cried a bit. Faultless from the first email.
Helen & Mark T. United KingdomTravelled January 2026

Perfect with children aged 8 and 11

We were worried about the driving days. Top Africa Safaris rearranged two nights so the children had a swim and a rest in the middle. Amboseli with Kilimanjaro out of the window was the moment of their lives.
The Okoye Family CanadaTravelled August 2025

Honest, warm and genuinely expert

What stood out was the honesty — they told us when a sighting was unlikely rather than overselling it. The balloon over the Mara was worth every cent, and the bush breakfast afterwards was pure magic.
Sofia R. SpainTravelled October 2025

Superb vehicle, superb guide

Window seat for everyone, Wi-Fi that actually worked, and a driver-guide who could name every bird we pointed at. Ol Pejeta and the rhino work there was the highlight for me.

A message from our founder

I grew up with these landscapes on my doorstep, and I still find the first light over the Mara difficult to describe. What we build for you is not a package. It is thirteen days shaped around how you like to travel — how early you want to rise, how long you want to sit with a sighting, where you would rather have lunch. Tell me what you are hoping for, and I will write the journey around it.
